709.          In such cases, the mid-degree is simply the mathematical average of the positions of the 2 planets that form the aspect. When the aspect is exact, both of the planets are at the mid-degree, thus creating perfect balance.

710.          High Balance of Aspects works like Pivoted High Balance in that it greatly enhances the athletic abilities of the native.

711.          Any 2 planets that form an aspect can form a High Balance of Aspects, but there are only 2 special pairs of planets that create a strong enough High Balance of Aspects to give birth to a superstar athlete. They are: Mercury-Mars pairing and the Venus-Mars pairing. (Book 3, page 375).

712.          When 2 or more planetary aspects are exact on any given day, then there is a Multiple High Balance of Aspects.

713.          Whenever there is a Multiple high Balance of Aspects, there are 4 factors that influence the athletic potential of the native. Rules of Balance are:

1.       The more aspects that are in Multiple high Balance, the better the athlete.

2.       The closer together in time that 2 or more balanced aspects are exact, the better the athlete.

3.       The more the aspects in High Balance are formed by planets associated with athleticism, the better the athlete.

4.       Applying aspects are in higher balance than separating ones of equal time orb.

714.          Maximum Overall Planetary Balance (called Maximum Balance Days). A day of Maximum Overall Planetary Balance is a day that has more High Balance alignments then both the day before and the day after. (Book 3, page 376). This occurs less often than 1 out of 3 days.

715.          Most superstar athletes who are born with Pivoted High Balance are born on days that also have a MARKER.

716.          A Marker is an aspect that is in High Balance (exact), and on the same day, there is a Pivoted High Balance (both). For Markers, see Book 3, page 378.

717.          Every basketball player who ever won the award for Most Valuable Player (MVP) in the NBA, was born on a day where there was at least 1 Super Aspect and also 1 Sports Champion Aspect. Each such player was also born on a day with Maximum Balance.
