523.          There are virtually no highly talented individuals who do not have very exact planetary aspects.

524.          So Planetary Geometry has a different effect on men and women than it does on historical events.

525.          In other words, Turbulent Aspects are signs of turbulence from the historical and current events perspective, BUT people born on those days are not negatively affected by the Turbulent Aspects. Instead, all aspects, even turbulent aspects, are signs of uncommon abilities and skills.

526.          Almost every super talented individual was born with at least one nearly exact aspect, usually several. The angle of the aspects is not important – the angle can be enhancement or turbulent, or any other 30 degree angle. The more aspects a person has, the more talented the person is.

527.          The more complex the Planetary Geometry, the more talented the person. (“Complex” is more than 2 planets).

528.          Even Saturn aspects are indications of inherent special abilities.

529.          Because of all this, it is necessary to distinguish between an aspect that someone is born with, as opposed to an aspect that exists on a day when events occur.

   Personal Aspect = ‘Living being’ is born with

   Historic Aspect = exists when ‘something’ happens

530.          There is never any negatization or offset in personal aspects, and when we are dealing with personal aspects formed by Saturn, we use the better symbolisms of Saturn.

531.          Turbulent Aspects that are Historic Aspects are interpreted with a negatization or offset, and a Saturn aspect that is a quincunx is a Turbulent Aspect when it is an Historic Aspect.

532.          Every personal aspect can endow us with a special talent.

533.          There are NO negative Personal Aspects. (Book 3, page 109).

Chapter 6:

534.          When we are attracted to someone, it is the person’s unique Planetary Geometry that somehow creates that magnetic attraction that we feel for him/her.

535.          Most of us refer to this attraction as “chemistry”, but it is really Personal Energy.
