Star Lord/Sub Lord: 1. The star lord of a planet shows us the particular matter that is under consideration, while the sub lord shows us the details about the same particular matter. For example - the sub lord will give us the scoop on success or failure, progress or no progress, whether one's application is shelved or whether it is on the move, whether the outcome or results of the matter will be favorable or unfavorable.
