Selling a House: 1. When will I be able to sell my home? If the cuspal sub lord of the 10th (house going to the buyer) is the significator (in the star of the occupant or owner) of the 3rd (parting with the house; 12th from 4th) or 10th house, the house can be sold during the joint period (dasha, bhukti, pratyantardasha) of the significators of the 3rd, 5th, and 10th.
